Please make previous arrangements if earlier check-in time is necessary and we will make every effort to accommodate you if possible. On the other side of the spectrum, there may be a slight delay on check-in times during peak season and we will do our best to get you in your cabin promptly. Check-out Time - Check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. EST. No exceptions please. No Pets - pets are not allowed. A cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed if a pet is found in any of our units. Occupancy - Rates are based upon 4 person occupancy. $15 extra per person per day with a maximum occupancy of 6 people due to established fire codes. Maximum occupancy of the Bunkhouse is 2. You must be an adult (21 or over) to rent a cabin. A driver's license is required at check-in from the adult responsible. Housekeeping - Additional charges may be applied to card on file in the event of damages or extra cleaning requirements. Linens and towels are provided based on occupancy, along with basic kitchenware. New towels will be provided on Wednesdays for weekly stays. Soap, toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels are provided. Payment - 50% deposit due at time of booking reservation to confirm your stay. Balance due upon arrival. Cancellations - Cancellations may be made 14 days in advance for a full refund. In the event of cancellation within 14 days your deposit will be credited towards a future stay at the cabins, based on availability. No Smoking - No smoking is permitted inside any of the cabins (nor in porch). A cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed if cabin is smoked in. |
