About My Sunset Cabins

Come experience Northern Maine – The Way Life Should be by staying in one of our Beautiful, Fully Equipped, 4-Season, Luxury Cabins.

My Sunset Cabins are located in a privately managed Christmas Tree Plantation just at the base of the Majestic Mars Hill Mountain where the sun rises first in this Great Nation. Mars Hill Mountain is also home of the nature-conscious, environment-friendly Mars Hill Wind Farm, the Big Rock Ski Resort and the Beautiful 18-Hole Mars Hill Country Club. We have 3 cabins and a Bunkhouse on the property.

Each cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an electric range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils. The full bath features a 36” shower unit, along with a heater fan/exhaust unit and hair dryer. The master suite has a queen bed, TV, DVD and satellite/internet service (as does the living room) and a closet for storing your clothing and accessories. Wind you way up our elegant spiral staircase with oak treads to the spacious loft above for additional sleeping quarters. A heated porch keeps your outdoor clothing warm and boasts absolutely breathtaking sunset views. Full surround sound stereo system completes this deluxe package for that magical, relaxing mood.
